This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs your ("Client") use of Property Blogger’s services ("Services"). By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services

Property Blogger provides blog writing, content strategy, SEO-optimized articles, and publishing support tailored for real estate professionals. By subscribing, you access the Services detailed on our website.

2. Client Obligations & Third-Party Platforms

• The onboarding questionnaire will be sent to your email address within 1 business day after you successfully complete payment and subscribe. Services will not begin until the questionnaire is completed.

• You must provide accurate access credentials for your website or CMS if required for publishing support.

• We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms or systems beyond our control.

3. Services, Fees, and Payments

3.1 Payment & Billing
All fees are due in advance. A valid payment method must be maintained for recurring charges. You will be billed monthly on your original subscription date.

3.2 Subscription Management
You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription directly through the Stripe customer portal. Access details are provided after your initial subscription.

3.3 Non-Payment
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Suspensions do not entitle you to refunds or prorated billing.

3.4 Refund Policy

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, provided that you delete or refrain from using all delivered content.

• After the 14-day period, no refunds are issued.

3.5 Cancellation
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are given for early cancellations.

4. Content Delivery, Review & Revisions

• Delivery Frequency:

  • Starter Plan: 2 blog posts per week

  • Professional Plan: 4 blog posts per week

  • Growth Plan: 6 blog posts per week

• Delivery Method: All content will be delivered through Google Docs, where you can view, comment, and collaborate directly with our writers.

• Revisions: You may request one (1) revision per post after reviewing it in Google Docs. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

• Feedback Window: If you don’t provide feedback within 30 days of receiving content, it will be considered final.

Usage Rights: All posts created for you come with full rights of usage — you may upload them directly, edit them as you wish, or repurpose them.

5. Important Service Points
For clarity, here are the most important things to know:

• Auto-Renewals: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

• Subscription Management: You can manage your plan anytime through the Stripe customer portal.

• Onboarding Questionnaire: Sent to your email within 1 business day of subscribing; must be completed before we begin service.

• Content Delivery: Posts are delivered weekly through Google Docs, based on your plan.

• Revisions: You can request one revision per post directly in Google Docs.

• Content Rights: All posts come with full rights of usage — publish, edit, or repurpose as you see fit.

6. Intellectual Property & Warranty Disclaimers

• Upon payment, all delivered content becomes your property with full rights to publish, edit, or use.

• Property Blogger disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee blog performance, SEO ranking, or leads.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property Blogger and its team from any claims arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, inaccurate client materials, or third-party disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Property Blogger’s liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid in the preceding one-month billing period. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

9. Modifications & Governing Law

• Modifications: We may amend this Agreement at any time; updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UK.

10. Credit Card Disputes

If you dispute a charge, all ongoing services will be paused until the dispute is resolved. We encourage negotiation before filing a dispute.
